Alexander Madison

Grade: College Sophomore

Background: Alexander was born in a small town outside the city of Gregario. He lived with his parents until he was 2 when a mysterious fire burned down the family’s house. Alexander had been with his grandparents that day and so was lucky enough to survive. His parents were never found. Alexander’s grandparents took him in and raised him themselves, never fully explaining whom his parents were to him. Alexander never really knew his parents and to this day they’re lives remain a mystery. At age 3, Alexander became friends with Brian Miller. The two were inseparable until Brian’s parents moved to the city, taking Brian with them when they were 5. This separation made Alexander very upset, causing him to awaken strange powers within him. The first sign of his power was one day after school when he was screaming in the backyard that he wanted Brian back. He punched the ground in anger and left a 5-foot wide smoking crater in the ground. The awakening of his powers caused his blonde hair to turn silver. He has had his powers ever since and his hair remains silver to this day. Alexander continued through grade school and befriended Elizabeth in the 3rd grade. They have been friends ever since. Alexander and Brian were re-united in high school. After a fight between Brian and a bully in which Brian used a very unique fighting move, Alexander became interested in fighting. He looked into every school club and near bye dojos to learn different styles. He became particularly good at the art of kendo: the art of Japanese sword fighting. In senior year, Alexander, Brian and Elizabeth all apply to Gregorio University together and were all accepted. Brian and Alexander currently share a dorm room at the university.
Family History: Alexander knows very little about his parents since his house burned down. They’re live were a mystery to him. His parents were assumed dead but Alexander hasn’t given up hope that they could still be alive somewhere.
Appearance: Alexander is 5’ 11” tall and weighs about 190 lbs. He has deep ocean blue eyes and short, bright silver hair. He has an average body type.
Personality: Alexander is a very happy-go lucky person. He never sees fault in anyone and always seems to brighten the room a little. His friends are dear to him and he will stop at nothing to protect them if they get into trouble. He’s accepting to everyone he meets, even those who dislike him. He doesn’t hold it against them and generally tries to act nice to everyone he knows. Alexander only uses his fighting in defense of himself and his friends, though his relentless training would lead one to think otherwise. There is a dark side to Alexander though. In the past few years, Alexander has been having violent, recurring nightmares. These dreams consist of the fire that burned down his house, and seeing his parents being burned alive, calling out to him for help when there is nothing he can do. There have been several nights where he has woken up in a cold sweat, screaming. Brian, being Alexander’s roommate and closest friend, has gotten used to Alexander’s unfortunate sleep pattern and helps whenever he can. Alexander has seen a therapist several times about the problem but no of them were able to find a way to stop the dreams so he eventually gave up on therapy altogether. On top of this, Alexander is constantly trying to keep his powers under control. His abilities have grown both in strength and number in the past year. On rare occasions, when Alexander is in an unstable state of mind, his powers overtake him and in the time it takes him to regain his composure, he receives burns on his arms due to the amount of energy pulsing through them. On the outside, Alexander is a nice guy who is good to everyone, but on the inside there is an ongoing battle to keep himself under control, and the desire to find what really happened to his parents.
